Mrs. Russia Victoria Radochinskaya wins Mrs World tittle over the 76 beautiful moms accross the globe which was held last November 22, 2009 in Vietnam. She became the second russian to win the pageant after Sofia Arzhakovskaya was crowned in 2006.
